Extend is a great, fun way to exercise!

I never realized that exercising from a chair could be so effective!

One of the highlights of my week is the EXTEND exercise class. At the age of 82 it is wonderful to know that my body can still respond to exercise – not only my body, but also my mind, receives so much benefit from the EXTEND class. I have also made many new friends in my age group who attend the classes. A big thank you to EXTEND for enriching my senior years…..
