Research has shown that people who exercise on a regular basis can have a physical advantage of more than 20 years over those who avoid work-outs.

Exercise helps your joints and increases the range of motion. Physical activity encourages circulation of the synovial fluid that acts like oil in an engine, allowing the bones to move past one another more smoothly.

Increase in heart pumping = increase in blood circulation (including joints) = steady supply of oxygen and nutrients which feed the joints of the body.

Exercise strengthens the muscles, ligaments and tendons surrounding the joints in keeping with the Fitness League motto “Movement is Life”.

We encourage you to join our nearest class, confide in the instructor and hopefully build a beautiful relationship with the teacher and brand, making friends with other like-minded members shelving the “sitting and often stress filled society”.
